巨大尿管に対するtapering法とplication法の併用症例

Surgical Treatment of Megaureter by Tapering and Plication Methods:A Case Report

　患者は19歳，男性。発熱，左腰背部痛を主訴に近医を受診し，左水腎症を認めたため当科を紹介された。精査の結果，巨大尿管と診断し，tapering法とplication法を併用した尿管縫縮術を施行した。術後経過は良好である。

A 19-year-old man presented with high fever and left flank dull pain. Image diagnoses demostrated megaureter with distal adynamic segment. Reconstructive surgery was performed by ureteral tapering for lower ureter and plica-tion for middle ureter. Postoperative course was unevent-ful. This case was successfully treated by ureteral tapering and plication is the first use report in Japanese literatures.
