　右腎結石に対するESWL施行後，高度の肉眼的血尿をきたした右腎動静脈瘻の1例を報告する。自験例は，右腎動静脈瘻と診断されたが，その発生にESWLが関与したかどうかは不明である。治療としては，経皮的カテーテル動脈塞栓術（TAE）を施行した。初回ゼルフォームを塞栓物質として使用したが動脈分枝の再開通を認めたため，その後2度にわたり無水エタノール併用による塞栓術を行った。術後8か月を経過しているが，再開通を思わせる臨床症状は認められていない。

We report a case of right renal arteriovenous fistula found after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for a right renal stone. The patient developed grosshematuria after ESWL and selective renal angiography showed right renal arteriovenous fistula (cirsoid type). The patient underwent transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) using gelform, however, recanalization occurred twice at the branch of right renal artery. Therefore, we finally used ethanol and the patient has been uneventful for 8 months after last TAE.
