　患者は33歳。1987年9月，左精巣腫瘍の診断にて左高位精巣摘出術を施行した。病理組織は胎児性癌＋セミノーマ，病期l PTl,MO,NOであった。術後，補助療法として全身化学療法を計2クール施行したが，7年1か月後の1994年10月に右精巣腫瘍を認め，右高位精巣摘出術を施行した。病理組織はセミノーマ，病期l PTl,NO,MOであった。高位精巣摘出術および化学療法施行後に対側に腫瘍が発生した14症例の報告に対し文献的考察を加えた。

A 33 old male with a history of right testicular tumor visited us complaining left scrotal swelling without pain. Right high inguinal orchiectomy was performed 7 years and 9 months preirously. Two courses of chemotherapy (PVB regimen 1 course and PPA regimen 1 course) were performed for right testicular tumor whose pathological finding was typical seminoma and embryonal carcinoma. Left orchiectomy was performed and pathological find-ings was typical seminoma. Postoperatively, he was treated with radiation therapy for retroperitoneal lymph nodes (25Gy).
