前立腺癌と乳癌の重複癌の1例—エストロゲン誘発性乳癌の可能性

A CASE REPORT OF PROSTATA CARCINOMA WITH ESTROGEN INDUCED BREAST CARCINOMA

　進行前立腺癌ホルモン療法経過中に生じたエストロゲン誘発性と思われる原発性乳癌1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した。今後種々の治療法の開発により患者生存期間が延長されることが予想されるが，エストロゲン療法による乳癌の誘発の可能性が示唆されており，治療経過における乳房の観察が重要であるとともに，安全性の高い治療法の開拓が期待される。

We reported a case of primary breast carcinoma with a history of estrogen therapy for stage D prostata car-cinoma in a 62 year-old male. In addition to cardiovas-cular side effect, recent adequate estrogen therapy for advanced prostata carcinoma can make another side effect such as estrogen induced breast carcinoma, there-fore careful observation of breast is necessary in the treatment of prostatic carcinoma.
