骨・骨髄形成をみたガーゼ遺残

GAUZEOMA FORMING BONE AND BONE-MARROW: A CASE REPORT

　55歳，男性。小脳出血にて入院。血尿，腰痛を訴えたためCT等施行。左腎腫瘍の診断にて摘出術施行。腫瘍はガーゼオーマで組織学的検索にて骨，骨髄形成が認められた。

The patient was a 55-year-old man with microhematuria and lumbago who had a history of left nephrolithotomy 36 years ago. CT revealed a heterogenous mass at upper pole of left kidney. Tumor was proved to gauzeoma. The pathological findings revealed the formation of bone and bone marrow. Heterotopic ossification in gauzeoma has rarely been reported. We made some consideration and discussion on the cause of the ossification.
