電気射精にて女児を得た脊髄損傷の1例

A CASE OF SPINAL CORD INJURY WHOSE CHILD WAS OBTAINED BY ELECTRO EJACULATION

　38歳男性，外傷性脊髄損傷（完全麻痺）に対して，Seager型モデルの電気射精装置を用いた電気射精を施行した。逆行性射精しか認められなかったため，電気刺激後の尿をパーコール処理し，配偶者間人工授精に使用した。その結果，3回目の人工授精後に妻（脳性麻痺で身体障害2級）の妊娠に成功し，無事女児の出産に成功した。電気射精による妊娠出産例は文献上，本邦2例目と考えられた。

The patient, a 38 year old male, had received spinal cord injury at the 1st lumbar vertebra because of downfall while working and had subsequent paraplegia. Both erotic and reflex erections disappeared and ejaculatory disturbance was found after the injury. lie married a 24-year old female with cerebral palsy 12 years after the injury and visited our department, desiring to have a child. Retrograde ejaculation was observed with an electro-ejaculator (Seager Model 12).
