インポテンス診療における書類記入上の諸問題

CLINICAL STUDY OF IMPOTENCE RELATED TO CERTIFICATE

　性機能に関係した何らかの書類記入を希望する症例は，過去11年間に当科の総インポテンス症例626名中の35名（5.6％）であった。基礎疾患としては不全麻痺タイプの外傷性脊髄損傷，尿道損傷，新婚インポテンスなどが過半数を占めた。前2者は労災認定が多く，後者は離婚訴訟に関係していた。証明にあたっては，視聴覚性的負荷による勃起測定，およびリジスキャンモニターによる夜間陰茎硬度・周囲長連続測定を施行した。またインポテンスの治療過程で書類の件を持ち出す症例もある（23％）。インポテンス診療における，書類記入上の諸問題について検討した。

We sometimes encounter impotent patients who strongly wish to have the certificate related to sexual function rather than impotence treatment. Among 626 patients of impotence who visited our clinic for 11 years, 35 (5.6%) wished to have the certificate. As underlying diseases, following three diseases were the majority-traumatic spinal cord injury (10 cases), urethral injury (6 cases), honeymoon impotence (7 cases). The kinds of certifi-cate are mainly related to compensation for industrial workmen's accidents, insurance of traffic accidents, suit for divorce.
