尿管異物結石の1例

UPPER URINARY TRACT STONE DUE TO FOREIGN BODY WITH URETERAL POLYP

　62歳，男性。左側腹部痛と顕微鏡的血尿を主訴に受診。DIPにて左尿管に結石と陰影欠損を認めたため，尿管腫瘍を疑い逆行性腎盂造影と尿管鏡検査を施行。尿管内にナイロン糸にて固定された結石とポリープを認めたために，尿管ポリープを伴った尿管異物結石と診断。病変部を切除した。ポリープは炎症性ポリープであった。

　過去に行われた尿管切石術に使用されたナイロン糸が原因となって尿管異物結石が形成され，さらに，尿管ポリープの発症をみた1例を経験したので報告する。

A 62 year old male was admitted to our clinic with chief complaint of right flank pain and microscopic hematuria.

Excretory urograms revealed stones and filling defect at left urter. Retrograde pyelograms and ureteroscopy demonstratrated the stones originated from the nylon thread by which had been sutured to the ureteral wall at the previous operation and inflammatory ureteral polyp.

Including our case, 19 cases of suturethread stone in upper urinary tract were reviewed in the Japanese literature.
