シェーンライン・ヘノッホ紫斑病に合併した陰嚢腫大

SCROTAL SWELLING COMPLICATING SCHONLEIN-HENOCH PURPURA: A CASE REPORT

　症例は3歳，男児。腹痛を主訴に近医受診し，感冒と診断され治療を受けていたが，第5病日目に母親が左陰嚢腫大に気づき当院を受診。左陰嚢は発赤腫大しており，触診上左精巣から精索へかけての圧痛が認められ，臀部から下肢にかけて紫斑が認められた。精索捻転が疑われたが，各種検査でそれを支持するものは得られず，シェーンライン・ヘノッホ紫斑病に合併した陰嚢腫大と判断し，保存的治療にて寛解した。

A 3-year-old boy complaining of abdominal pain was treated as a common cold by a local physician. On the fifth day of illness. his mother noted swelling of the left scrotum and came to our hospital. The left scrotum was reddended and enlarged. with slight tenderness from the left testis to the spermatic cord. Purpura was observed from the gluteal region to the lower extremities. Torsion of the testis was suspected. but was not supported by various examinations. The diagnosis of scrotal swelling complicating Schonlein -Henoch purpura was made. and he got well by conservative treatment.
