膀胱腫瘍の核磁気共鳴画像(MRI)診断にあたり,従来のRFスピンエコー法(SE法)と今般新たに開発した高速MRI撮像法の一法であるフィールドエコー法(FE法)の対比より興味ある知見を得たので報告する。我々の検討した高速スキャン法はFE法の一つである定常状態才差運動法(SSFP法)であるが,本法により膀胱腫瘍の組織構築,浸潤深達度の判定に極めて有用な画像を得た。
In this study, bladder tumors were examined with SMT-50 (0. 5 Tesla) MRImaging system, using conventional spin echo sequence and gradient refocused echo sequence, a kind of fast scan technique. Routine T1, T2 weighted MRImaging of SE sequence showed poor contrast between tumors and normal urinary bladder mucosa. Newly developed gradient refocused sequence were composed of SSFP (Steady State Free Precession) with an flip angle 90°, TR 500~1000 ms, TE 20 ms, respectively. SSFP was quite suitable for distinguishing bladder tumors from other lesions.
