63歳，男性にみられた腺性尿管炎に対して，回腸による非逆流性代用尿管形成術を施行した。本症例に用いた回腸の重積術は手技的に簡単であり，逆流防止術として優れていると考えられた。
Non-refluxing substitution of the ureter by the ileal segment was performed in a 63-year-old male patient for his ureteritis glandularis. Intussusception of the ileal segment applied in the case was technically simple and efficient for prevention of reflux.
