　精母細胞性セミノーマ3例につき臨床病理学的検索を行ったので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。この胚細胞腫瘍は転移をきたすことなく通常予後良好であるが，核分裂像が多く，睾丸網・副睾丸に浸潤性発育をみる。しかし精索浸潤なく，治療は高位除睾術のみで十分と思われる。すべて正常下降睾丸からの発生であり精子形成過程を模倣しているようで，定型的セミノーマより分化度の高い腫瘍である。

We report 3 cases of spermatocytic seminoma, and review the literatures. This germ cell tumor shows no metastasis and usually has an excellent prognosis. It shows frequent mitotic figures, and often invades into the rete testis and epididymis, but not beyond the spermatic cord. Treatment of this tumor is high orchidectomy, and the dissection of the regional lymph nodes or irradiation is not requi-red. It seems that the growth pattern of this tumor imitates spermatogenesis revealing a greater degree of maturation than typical seminoma.
