67歳，女性。上腹部不快感を主訴として来院し，腹部画像診断，内分泌学的検査の結果，クッシング症候群を呈する右副腎皮質癌と診断し根治的手術を施行した。副腎皮質癌は比較的稀な疾患で，その生命予後も悪いとされているが，現在，術後約1年を経過し，転移再発はみとめていない。
A 67-year-old female complained discomfort in the upper abdomen.Based on various image dia-gnostic and hormonal studies,this diagnosis was established before the right adrenalectomy.As postopera-tive adjuvant chemotherapy,op'-DDD had been administered until serum LDH level was normalized,and this patient has been free of disease for over one year after the operation.
