60歳，女性。基礎疾患に僧帽弁狭窄症あり。右側腹部痛を主訴に来院。LDHの上昇，CT等で右腎動脈塞栓症と診断した。発症後5日目に選択的腎動脈内ウロキナーゼ注入線溶療法を行い，腎機能の回復を得た。
A 60-year-old female was admitted with the complaint of abrupt left upper flank pain. CT scan with contrast enhancement revealed emboli of right renal artery. 5 days after the onset, fibrinolytic therapy was performed preferable to surgical embolectomy because of the patient's medical status.
