小児の尖圭コンジローマは稀である。われわれは，7歳，男児の外尿道口に生じた尖圭コンジローマを経験し，外科的切除で治癒せしめた。なお腫瘤細胞の核内にヒト乳頭腫ウイルスを確認した。
Condyloma acuminatum produced by human papillomavirus is a rare disease entity in children. We report a 7-year-old boy with urethral meatal condyloma acuminatum. Human papillomavirus were observed in the tumor nuclei with transmission electron microscopy. The lesion was cured with a simple resection.
