緒言
上部尿路に発生した原発性移行上皮内癌はきわめて稀な疾患であり，また腫瘤を形成しないなど一般の上部尿路腫瘍より診断が困難であるが，腎盂尿管からの尿脱落細胞診などにより最近本疾患の報告が増加してきている。今回われわれは原発性腎盂上皮内癌を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 68 year-old woman visited the Niigata University hospital for the chief complaints of the left flank colicky pain and macrohematuria on June 6, 1983. IVP showed stricture of left ureteropelvic junction with slight pyeloectasis. Cytologic studies of voided urine were positive for malignant cells (Class 5).Retrograde pyelogram of the left kidney showed 1-cm-long stricture at the ureteropelivic junction, and urine from the left kidney contained malignant tumor cells (Class 4).
