緒言
膀胱腫瘍などに対して，回腸導管による尿路変更術を行なう方法が近年特に増加してきている。膀胱全摘除も尿路変更も容易に行ない得る症例については問題がないが，先天性または後天性に特異な状態が存する時の処置は症例も少ないし確立した処置の方法もないように思われる。
われわれは先天性の両側完全重複尿管を有する膀胱癌の患者に膀胱全摘，回腸導管術を施行し，良好な結果を得た症例を経験したので報告する。
1) A 45-year-old man with congenital bilateral double ureter and carcinoma of the bladder was treated with total cystotectomy and ileal conduit.
2) Four ureters were anastomosed to ileal segment individually at intervals of 1.5cm, and the results were satisfactory.
