陰嚢内に原発したmyxoid liposarcomaの1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY INTRASCROTAL MYXOID LIPOSARCOMA

緒言

　陰嚢内に発生した腫瘍の中で睾丸，睾丸被膜，副睾丸および精索にまつたく関係のない腫瘍は非常に稀である。われわれは陰嚢内に原発したmyxoid liposarcomaの1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of primary intrascrotal myxoid liposarcoma was presented. The patient was a 48-year old male who complained of painless mass in the left scrotum complicated with pollakisuria and pain on micturition. The mass gradually enlarged to the size of an adult fist. The preoperative clinical diagnosis was left intrascrotal tumor, stricture of urethral meatus and cystitis. The left intrascrotal tumor was removed. The histological diagnosis of the specimen was myxoid liposarcoma. Then left orchiectomy was secondarily carried out.
