腎腫瘍における動脈造影像の検討

ARTERIOGRAPHIC FINDINGS OF RENAL TUMOR

緒言

　腎の腫瘍性疾患における血管造影の価値は高く，悪性腫瘍と良性疾患の鑑別，腎腺癌の血管造影所見と手術適応など，多くの報告がみられる。

　しかし，血管造影所見と予後の関係は，一部論文にふれられているものの，いまだはつきりとした見解はえられていないようである。

Arteriography was performed on 21 cases of renal mass or 10 cases of renal adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of renal pelvic tumor and 6 cases of renal cyst, and the following results were obtained.

1) Ultrasonography is recommended for differentiating parencymal and cystic mass among those showing avasculatity and 3 exposure per second during the arterial phase is recommended to avoid over looking the tumor vessels.
