排尿困難を主症状とした乳幼児下部尿路肉腫の3例

LOWER URINARY TRACT SARCOMA WITH DYSURIA IN INFANT: A REPORT OF THREE CASES

はじめに

　小児の下部尿路に悪性腫瘍をみることは比較的稀であるが，われわれは3例のかかる症例をまとめて報告する。いずれも胎児性肉腫であり，1例を除いて，その原発部位の決定にかなりの問題があつたものである。

Case 1 is an 8 months old girl who visited our clinic on January 11, 1973 complaining a mass projecting from the external urethral orifice when straining for urination, and bladder sarcoma was suspected. Bilateral ureterocutaneostomy was performed followed by total urethrocystectomy. The removed specimen weighed 138 g and was diagnosed as racemose sarcoma of bladder.
