脊髄損傷患者のラジオアイソトープ・レノグラム—（附）残尿測定への応用

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF RADIOISOTOPE RENOGRAMS IN TRAUMATIC PARAPLEGICS: WITH ITS APPLICATION FOR ESTIMATION OF THE AMOUNT OF RESIDUAL URINE

緒言

　脊髄損傷患者（以下脊損）の治療にあたり尿路管理の重要性は今日周知のことである。近年I¹³¹Hippuranなどを用いたレノグラムが普及してきているが，これが脊損患者の腎および尿路機能の検査法としてどのように役立つかを検討し，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

　われわれの用いたレノグラム装置は東芝RDP-105型および島津UTC−12型で，体位は腎からの距離を短くするため腹臥位または坐位として背中から前もつてIVPで確認してある腎部にプローブをあて，Time Constant 5秒，Paper Speed 10mm/minで記録した。対象は美唄労災病院の脊損患者100例である。

Renogram of patients with spinal injuries seems to show some value in estimating the function of the ureter by C-curve. C-curve changes remarkably by supine and errect position, some shows improve-ment by retaining catheter and therefore this is valuable to estimate the best condition for urinary flow to the bladder in each patient. It is quite possible to evaluate the degree of VUR from the declining rate of C-curve. It is possible to do a semi-quantitative estimation of segment a and b in the same patient by placing isotope solution with the container, 30 cm before the probe, just before taking therenogram.
