脊髄砂時計腫は，その特徴ある形態からAntoni2）（1920）により命名されたが，腫瘍の存在部位から，その外科的侵襲法に工夫を要する点でも興味深い．今回われわれは，上位頸髄に発生した脊髄砂時計腫3例を経験したので若干の考按を加えて報告する．
