馬蹄腎を伴つたasymmetrical gonadal dysgenesisの停留睾丸に発生したchoriocarcinomaの1例

A CASE OF CHORIOCARCINOMA ORIGINATED FROM ABDOMINAL TESTIS OF ASYMMETRICAL GONADAL DYSGENESIS WITH HORSE-SHOE KIDNEY

緒言

　多くのIntersexの中でもasymmetrical gonadal　dysgenesisは真性半陰陽，Turner症候群および男性半陰陽のほぼ中間に位すると考えられる特異な病型であつて，本邦においてはその報告例も少ない。われわれは本症と診断して経過観察中に，その停留睾丸にgynecomastiaを伴なうchoriocarci-nomaが発生し，Actinomycin Dの使用により一時軽快したが不幸な転帰をとり，剖検し得た1例を経験したので，その概略を報告するとともに，かかるIntersexと睾丸腫瘍発生に関し若干の考察を加えてみる。

This case has first visited our clinic at 3 years of age with the chief complaint of abnormality of the external genitalia and resection of the vagina, uterus, and dysgenetic gonad was performed after the diagnosis of asymmetrical gonadal dysgenesis with horse-shoe kidney was established by exploratory laparotomy.
