BAEeおよびFibrinを基質とする線溶酵素系の臨床的研究—特に泌尿器疾患の関連性において

CLINICAL STUDIES ON FIBRINOLYTIC SYSTEM USING SYNTHETIC AMINO-ACID ESTER AND FIBRIN AS SUBSTRATES: WITH SPECIAL APPLICATION TO UROLOGICAL DISEASES

はじめに

　plasminの活性化に基因すると考えられる疾患^1）が報告されているが，これとは別に大量輸血^2），麻酔^3）4），Emotional stress^5）6），Surgical str-ess^7）8）などのように，いわゆる生体が特殊な状態におかれた場合にもplasminの活性化は惹起されると考えられている。そのためにこれらの疾患や症状の進展を把握する上においても，plasminの測定が必要不可欠の場合が多くなつてきた。

　泌尿器科領域の手術の中でも特に前立腺摘出術は術後出血が長期にわたつて比較的多量に認められる代表的なもので，手術を契機として血中plasminの活性化が発現しやすい傾向にあるといわれている。われわれは前立腺疾患（前立腺肥大症，前立腺癌）およびその他の疾患（腎結核，腎結石，尿管結石）の術前から術後にかけてのEsterase活性と線溶活性を対象としてその推移をみるとともに，KallikreinのみでなくTrypsin，Chymotrypsin, plasminをも抑制すると考えられているTrypsin Kallikrein Inaktivator（Trasylol）をそれぞれの疾患の術前および術後に投与してその抑制効果をも観察し得たので，その成績について報告する。

The esterolytic and fibrinolytic activity of plasma and the anti-esterolytic and anti-fibrinolytic effect of trypsin Kallikrein inhibitor (Trasylol) in urological disease were examined before and after operation.

Results obtained were as follows:

1. Highest esterolytic and fibrinolytic activities were observed in prostatic disease (prostatic cancer, prostatic hypertrophy) before surgery.

2. Esteolytic and fibrinolytic activities increased remarkably after prostatic surgery, in those without Trasylol administration.
