慶応義塾大学泌尿器科学教室における1966年（昭和41年）臨床統計

CLINICAL STATISTICS ON INPATIENTS AND OPERATIONS IN 1966 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, KEIO UNIVERSITY

緒言

　1966年度の慶応義塾大学医学部泌尿器科学教室における入院患者の疾患および手術々式統計を行なつたのでここに報告する。

　疾患および手術々式の分類形式は1962年度のInternational Classification of Diseases, Adapted（通称ICDA）の分類に従つた。当教室では1964年度からこの分類法を行なつており前回は臨床泌尿器科22巻，4号，269〜273頁に報告している。この分類法は国際的に最も広く取り入れられているが決して完全なものではなく，多くの欠点もみられるが，利用方法によつては多くの有利な点があり高く評価できるものと考えられる。

Clinical statistics of the Urological Department of Keio University, Schcol of Medicine for 1966 was reported.

The classification of disease and surgical method followed the International Classifications of Disease, Adopted (ICDA) of 1962.

Urinary or renal calculi showed the highest incidence of 16% and benign prostatic hyperplasia,which was 11%, followed. It is interesting, that bladder tumor took the place of urinary tract infection (pyelo-nephritis), which came in third the previous year. The incidence of prostatitis, urethral stricture and anomaly of the urethra has not changed.
