膀胱後部腫瘍（細網肉腫）

RETROVESICAL TUMOR (RETICULOSARCOMA)

Ⅰ．緒言

　1926年Youngは，膀胱後部において特定の臓器とは無関係に発生する肉腫をRetrovesicalSarcomaと命名した。本疾患はきわめてまれなもので，本邦における報告例も，1949年落合らの第1例を最初として文献上20例に満たない。

　著者らは，最近膀胱後部に原発した細網肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 39 years old male with the chief complaint of swelling of right inguinal region and lower extremity and frequent urination was examined but showed nothing particular except swelling from the mons pubis to the right thigh and hard tumor-like mass at the right seminal vesicle by rectal examination. Extravesical tumor was suspected by cystoscopic examination but showed no sign of spermatovesicular tumor by spermatovesiculography and malignant lymphoma was suspected by lym-phography. Metastasis to other organs was not identified.
