孤立性（単純性）腎嚢胞—診断と治療法

SOLITARY (SIMPLE) CYST OF THE KIDNEY WITH SPECIAL:REFERENCE TO DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Ⅰ．緒言

　いわゆる孤立性腎嚢胞（solitary cyst of the kid-ney）を含む腎の嚢胞性疾患（cystic diseases）の発生病理とか，これに基づく分類などは，まだかなりまちまちで一定していない。また診断や治療という臨床面においても再検討を要するところが指摘されるに至つている。われわれは1962年から1967年の5年間に当教室で10例の孤立性腎嚢胞を経験しているが（第1表参照），その臨床経験の成績を報告するとともに，主としてその診断法，手術的療法の適応あるいは術式などについて若干の考察を試みる。

10 cases of solitary cyst of the kidney, observed in our department during the 5 years between 1962 to 1967, were reported.

Male to female ratio was 7 to 3, the affected side was 4 on the right, 5 on the left and one bilateral case and most of the cases were older than 40 except one each case of 17 and 27. Most of the cases were discovered from their complication except 2 with hematuria and 2 with lower abdominal pain as chief complaint.
