小児腎盂乳頭状癌の1例

A CASE OF TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF RENAL PELVIS IN CHILD

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎盂腫瘍は現在まで332例以上（昭和41年末まで）の報告があり多くの学者により統計的考察がなされている。それ等の統計によると小児における腎盂腫瘍症例は余り認められず横関等^1）（1953）の12歳，女児に発生せる症例が最若年者であり次いで永田等^2）（1962）が18歳男子の症例を報告しているのみである。著者は14歳男子に発生した左腎盂乳頭状癌症例を経験し然も文献的に本邦第2例目としてここに報告する。

More than 332 cases of renal pelvic tumors are reported but very rare of them has occured in children. The youngest reported case in the domestic literature is the 12 years old female reported by Yokozeki et al. and our 14 years old male case is the second pediatric case in the Japanese literature. Case was reported and some discussions on the cases from the literature was done.
