Ⅰ．緒言
小児に見られる腎悪性腫瘍の大部分はWilms腫瘍であり，腎細胞癌は極めて稀である。私共は最近12才女児に発生した腎細胞癌の1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of left renal adenocarcinoma in a 12 years old girl was reported.
In this case, age, clinical symptoms, radiosensitivity and renal arteriogram were unusual. The litera-ture was reviewed with regards to the incidence and clinical symptoms of renal carcinoma in child-ren, evaluation of renal arteriogram for diagnosis of renal carcinoma and the treatment.
