Ⅰ．緒言

　腎部分切除術は近年広く行なわれている手術であり，その対象となる疾患は腎結核および腎結石である。われわれも，昭和29年7月広島市民病院泌尿器科開設以来13年間に計25例の腎部分切除症例を経験したのでその大要を報告する。

The experience on 25 cases of partial nephrectomy in 13 years since the opening of the urological department at Hiroshima Citizens Hospital was reported. Among the 25 cases, 7 cases were kidney tuber-culosis and 18 cases were renal calculi.

All of the cases were successful with no death case nor necessity of secondary nephrectomy.

One case of postoperative bleeding, one case of secondary bleeding and 3 cases of temporary urinary fistula was noticed as postoperative complication.

The prognosis of both renal tuberculosis and renal calculi were good.

Reccurence rate of renal calculi, more than one year after surgery, was 45.5%.
