完全重複腎盂兼完全重複尿管に合併した尿管結石症例—Weigert-Meyer違法例

A CASE OF COMPLETE REDUPLICATION OF THE URETER AND KIDNEY PELVIS COMPLICATED WITH URETERAL CALCULI

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎盂尿管の重複は尿路畸形の中で最も多く，内外文献より2％内外に認められている。完全重複尿管と不完全重複尿管との頻度はまちまちで，これらが両側性に認められるものより偏側性に認められる方が多いようである。一般に正常腎盂尿管に比べ羅患しやすく，文献的に30％内外に二次的合併症を認め，また尿路合併畸形もしばしば認められる。われわれは右完全重複腎盂兼右完全重複尿管で，しかも膀胱における尿管開口部の位置が，いわゆるWeigert-Meyerの法則に違法し，加えて右尿管結石を合併した極めて稀有な症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of complete reduplication of the kidney pelvis and ureter, which did not follow the Weigert-Meyer's law and complicated with ureteral calculi, in a 39 years old male who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of right flank pain was reported.

The Japanese literature was reviewed and 9 cases which did not follow the law was collected. Among them 3 cases had complications, one with kidney tuberculosis and the other two were a kidney stone and the other being our case with ureteral calculi.
