前立腺全摘除術後の骨盤腔に発生した小腸GIST

68歳，男性。2005年，前立腺癌に対し前立腺全摘除術を施行した。2011年にエコー・CT・MRIで膀胱後部に10cm大の腫瘍を指摘されたが，悪性を示唆する所見は指摘できなかった。起源不明であった。開腹手術で空腸を腫瘍側に付けて腫瘍を摘出した。病理は小腸GIST（gastrointestinal stromal tumor）。骨盤内GISTは婦人科，外科領域での腫瘍鑑別としての報告が散見されるが，泌尿器科領域での報告は稀である。

A 68-year-old man was diagnosed as prostate cancer and radical retropubic prostatectomy was performed on 2005. In 2011 during follow up, the pelvic mass about 10 cm was pointed out by pelvic ultrasound, CT and MRI study. The mass was not likely malignant and the etiology was unknown. The tumor was resected with a part of jejunum by open surgery. The pathological diagnoses was jejunal GIST. There are some reports from gynecology and surgery about pelvic jejunal GIST, though it is rarely reported in urology.
