脊髄係留症候群術後に膀胱機能が改善した神経因性膀胱

Improvement of lower urinary tract function after surgical untethering in tethered cord syndrome：A case report

症例は42歳，女性。主訴は頻尿，尿失禁。各種検査により潜在性二分脊椎，脊髄係留症候群に伴う神経因性膀胱と診断した。麻痺の進行を認めたため，係留解除術を行ったところ膀胱機能は著明に改善し，膀胱拡大術などの侵襲的な治療を回避し得た。

A 42-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with complaints of pollakisuria and urinary incontinence. Urodynamic study and CT revealed neurogenic bladder secondary to tethered cord syndrome. After surgical untethering,restoration of bladder function was achieved.
