膀胱壁に発生したと考えられる消化管間質腫瘍（GIST）

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor occurred in urinary bladder

症例は43歳，男性。排尿時痛，残尿感を主訴に受診した。画像検査にて膀胱を背側から圧排する6cm程度の充実性腫瘍を認めた。全身麻酔下に後腹膜腫瘍摘出術を施行した。腫瘍は膀胱壁とのみ癒着を認めた。病理診断は，膀胱壁から発生したと考えられるgastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）であった。術後3年経過した時点で再発は認めていない。

A 43-year-old man complaining pain on voiding and sensation of incomplete voiding visited came to urological of our out patient clinic. Imaging study showed a solid tumor,around 6 cm in diameter that compressed posterior wall of urinary bladder. The tumor was located in retrovesical space without direct invasion into bladder. We performed retroperitoneal tumor resection in July,2006. Resected specimen showed urinary bladder wall with gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）and adhesion of connective tissue. Final pathological diagnosis was GIST of urinary bladder. No recurrence was observed at postoperative 30 months follow-up.
