術前に精巣腫瘍または精巣上体腫瘍と診断し，高位精巣摘除を施行した陰囊内病変についてレトロスペクティブに検討した。対象は，1986年から2003年までの間に当科で高位精巣摘除を施行した61例である。胚細胞腫瘍が45例，非胚細胞腫瘍が16例で，両群を比較すると，診断時年齢，主訴，腫瘍マーカーの有無に関して有意差を認めた。本統計の結果は，高位精巣摘除に対するインフォームド・コンセントを得るうえで一助になると思われた。

Between September 1986 and December 2003,61 intrascrotal lesions were operated by inguinal orchiectomy at Tsuchiura Kyodo General Hospital. We analyzed the 61 cases into two groups：one is germ cell tumor of the testis group（GCT group）and the other is non GCT group（nGCT group）. There were 45 cases in GCT group and 16 cases in nGCT group. Among several parameters,the age and chief complaint of patients and the serum tumor marker were significantly different between the two groups. The results of this study can be helpful in addressing the patients with intrascrotal lesion.
