スポロトリクム症の局所温熱療法

TOPICAL THERMOTHERAPY OF SPOROTRICHOSIS

　従来，スポロトリクム症は関西地方ではまれとされていたが，昭和41年本院開院以来，5年余りの間に8例の本症を経験した。これらの症例の治療に当たつては，主としてMackinnonらの提唱する局所温熱療法を試みた。すなわち，この中の7例に本療法を施行し，6例に顕著な効果を認め得た。Mackinnonらの原法は局所温湿布療法であるが，自験症例のうちの2例についてはカイロの貼布，または超短波による局所温熱療法をも試みて好結果を得たので，ここに取りまとめて報告する。

Six of seven cases of this disease showed marked successful results with the topical thermo-therapy without recurrence.

The techniques applied were warmdressing, warm bath, ultrasonic radiation and pocket-warmer. Application of the pocket-warmer was proved to be a more simple and useful method than the dressing and bath.
