悪性リンパ腫に対する真菌菌体内外成分の効果

EFFECT OF FUNGUS COMPONENTS FOR A CASE OF MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA

　悪性リンパ腫の治療としては現在，放射線療法および種々の抗腫瘍剤による化学療法が行なわれている。個々の腫瘍に対する放射線療法の効果には刮目すべきものがあるが，非照射部位に陸続として発生し，療法中止後の再発も多く，生命に対する予後に関してはこの療法の限界を感じさせる。化学療法もまた次々と新薬が登場するが，効果，副作用の点を勘案すれば，真に患者に福音を与えるにはいまだしの印象を受ける。

　われわれは昭和41年にGottronのReticulo-sarcomatoseに相当する一症例に遭遇した。この患者は本院を訪れる前にすでに他医療機関でendoxanを長期にわたつて注射していたが，改善されず，当院での初診時には皮疹が全身諸所に多発し，全身倦怠感も著しく，処置に困惑する状態であつた。この症例に真菌菌体内外成分を3種類作製，連日皮内注射を行なつたところ，顕著な効果が認められ，約1年後には皮疹がほとんど消失し，4年後の現在ではまつたく異常を認めることなく元気に生業に励んでいる。

A 57-year-old man with "Reticulosarcomatose, Gottron" appeared in the author's clinic at first in 1965. He had been treated with injection of 100mg of Endoxan each day for 182 days with-out effect.

At his first visit he had multiple skin lesions all over the body and marked general malaise. Daily dosis of 0.1-0.5cc of three kinds of exo- and endo-components of fungi was injected locally every day. One month after the start of injection, the injected tumor and the tumor around it became flat and began to disappear and then the tumors distant from them also began to disappear. After 4 months' treatment almost all, the old lesions disappeared, leaving pigmenta-tion. During the treatment newly formed tumors did not grow and disappeared rapidly. After one year's treatment new formation of tumors stopped almost completely.

He is enjoying good health and working without any trouble or skin manifestations 4 years after the start of the treatment.
