Cafe au lait spotsを伴つたnevoxanthoendotheliomaの1例

NEVOXANTHOENDOTHELIOMA WITH CAFE AU LAIT SPOTS

　cafe au lait spotsを伴つたnevoxanthoendotheliomaはすでに野波^1）らにより集計報告されている。私は最近，祖母に定形的Recklinghausen病と黄色腫が認められ，孫に同様のspotsを伴つたnevoxanthoendotheliomaの症例を経験したので報告する。

A 9-month-old girl with the clinicopathologically typical eruptions of this disease was reported. She had cafe au lait spots on the head and abdominal region, a portwine stain on the nape, and an enlarged turkish suddle by roentgenogram.

Her grandmother had Recklinghausen's diseasease and xanthelasma.

Because histopathologic specimen of the tumor showed rather granulomatous structure, this case should be called nevoxanthogranuloma.
