Nodular Vasculitis様所見を示した子宮癌の皮膚転移の1例

A CASE OF CUTANEOUS METASTASIS FROM UTERUS CARCINOMA, HAVING A NODULAR VASCULITIS-LIKE APPEARANCE

　さきに境^1）は臨床的にherpes zoster様外観を示した膵臓癌の皮膚転移例を報告したが，今回nodular vasculitis様皮膚所見を呈し，組織学的に基底細胞癌の像を示した子宮頸癌の皮膚転移例を経験したので報告する。

A 59-year-old female was suspected of having uterine cancer in August 1968. She was admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Hirosaki University Hospital and treated with ⁶⁰Co irradiation, radon seed application, and antineoplestic drugs. In the course of treat ment skin metastasis resembling nodular vasculitis was noted in July, 1970, which disappeared leaving pigmentation after 2,400 R of the ⁶⁰Co irradiation. She died in December, 1970, and an autopsy was performed.

Biopsy specimens from the uterus and metastastatic nodule showed a picture of basal cell carcinoma. Autopsy revealed metatases in the lungs, stomach, jejunum, ileum, left adrenal gland, tibial and plantar bones, and bilateral hilar lymphnodes.
