LICHEN PLAN POST-AURIQUE

I．はじめに

　2次的な，あるいは薬剤による扁平紅色苔癬様皮疹については以前から砒素剤によるものが多く知られているが^1〜5），ときとして金剤によるもの^6〜12），パラ・アミノ・サルチル酸^13），テラマイシン^14），ストレプトマイシン^15），キニン^16），キニジン^17），プロカイン^18），ハイドロ・クロロサイアザイド^19）20），更にはカラーフィルム現像液の接触によるもの^21）などが報告されている。

　ところで医療面への金剤の使用は，歯科領域を除いて，しばらく減少していたが，最近になつて，慢性関節リウマチなどで再びその効果的作用や，ステロイドホルモン剤に比べてその副作用の軽微なことから見直され，広く長期間にわたつて応用されるようになつた。

Two cases of lichen planus which might be caused by gold preparation for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were reported. Biopsy speciments from them showed typical histological picture, but failed to prove deposition of gold.

Case 1: A 60-year-old housewife started this disorder on the sideneck and supraclavicular region after 4 months' injection of gold preparation (Kidon) for rheumatoid arthritis. It was flattopped papules, which became flat, slate-colored, atrophic lesion after discontinuance of the drug.

After readministration of the drug, the papules reappeared and some were found also on the nape, wrists, and dorsa of the hands.

Case 2: A 46-year-old man noted itchy papules and erythema on the lumbar region symmetri-cally after 5 months' injection of "Kidon" for rheumatoid arthritis. They became slate-colored areas with slight pityriatic scales later.
