オスラー氏病について

OSLER'S DISEASE

I．はしがき

　本症は欧米に於ては古くから知られているが，比較的まれな疾患であり，本邦に於ては僅か数例の報告しか見られない。我々は昭和38年1月の第157回日本皮膚科学会大阪地方会に於てオスラー氏病の一家系について報告したが，最近再び本症の3例を経験したので報告する。

Three cases of this disease 18-, 20-year-old women, and a 30-year-old man, were reported.

Although Gjessing proposed familiar occurrence, hemorrhagic diathesis, and telangiectasia as its trias, there are a few cases with proof of heredity. Bean, et al. gave an entity of "venous lake" in that heredity could be definitely denied.

The author took the diagnosis of Osler's disease as granted in such cases which satisfied completely above mentioned trias
