再感染梅毒の1例

REINFECTION OF SYPHILIS

I．まえがき

　梅毒に再感染の存することは昔から唱えられておるが，これに遭遇することは稀である。今回これに接したので報告する。

A 30-year-old patient who had papular syphi-lid and received perfect antisyphilitic trea-tment for 2 years, suffered from a primary chancre again 21 months after having finished the treatment.

This case shows reinfection of syphilis be-cause the patient has received perfect therapy and lost immunity from T, reponema pallidun
