頸部皮下に生じた気管支性嚢腫の1症例

A Case of Cutaneous Bronchogenic Cyst

　はじめに

　気管支性嚢腫は胎生期に前腸の異常分化により発生するといわれており，大部分は気管，気管支近傍または後縦隔に生じる先天性嚢腫である^1）。皮下に生じることは稀であり，本邦ではわれわれが検索した限りでは23例が報告されている。

　今回，頸部皮下に生じた気管支性嚢腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 15-year-old girl presented with a cutaneous bron-chogenic cyst in the suprasternal notch. Cutaneous bron-chogenic cyst is very rare and believed to arise from cutaneous anomalous development of the tracheobron-chial buds from the embryonic foregut. It is diffucult to diagnose such a cyst in the neck. The diagnosis was made by the histopathological findings which revealed some goblet cells under the duct epithelium.
