ポリープ様声帯に合併した声帯嚢胞の1症例

A Case of Vocal Cord Cyst Complicated with Polypoid Vocal Cord

　はじめに

　喉頭の嚢胞は，声帯縁，喉頭蓋舌面などによくみられる。声帯縁に生ずるものはポリープ，結節などと混同されやすいが，粘膜上皮下に黄色の限局性膨隆を認めることで鑑別される^1）。

　今回われわれは，ポリープ様声帯に合併して声門を振子様に移動した声帯嚢胞の1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 49-year-old man complained of hoarseness.

Fiberscopic examination revealed an uneven,white tumor at the supraglottic region.

Under general, anesthesia, it was found that there were polypoid vocal cord and a mass in the sub-glottic region which was found the left vocal cord pushed aside.

It was easily removed by laryngomicrosurgery.

Microscopical examination showed an epider-moid cyst containing keratin in layers.
