頸部腫脹を主訴とした川崎病の1例

A Case of Kawasaki Disease with Massive Cervical Lymph Nodes Swelling

　はじめに

　川崎病は，小児急性熱性皮膚粘膜リンパ節症候群とも呼ばれ，主として4歳以下の乳幼児に好発する原因不明の疾患である。本症の経過中にみられる心合併症，特に冠動脈瘤の形成は予後に重大な影響を与えることもあり，早期診断早期治療が望まれる。

　今回われわれは，頸部リンパ節腫脹を主訴に受診した1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 5-year-old female presented with massive cer-vical lymph nodes swelling. Initially, the patientwas treated as cervical lymphadenitis, but later it was found to be the symptoms of Kawasaki disease. Among many complicatinos of this disease, the most important one is coronary complication, which may cause fatal result. It must be diagnosed and treated as early as possible for preventing coronary compli-cation. In a case of cervical lymphadenopathy in childhood, Kawasaki disease should be taken in consideration.
