小脳橋角部髄膜腫症例の検討

Meningioma of the Cerebellopnotine angle:An Analysis of Our 6 Cases

　はじめに

　近年，MRIを初めとした画像診断技術の向上に伴い，小脳橋角部腫瘍の診断が容易となりその関心も高まっている。今回われわれは小脳橋角部腫瘍の約6.5％を占め聴神経腫瘍に次いで多いとされる髄膜腫について^1,2），その臨床像，検査所見および聴神経腫瘍との鑑別について，自験例ならびに文献的考察を加え検討を行ったので報告する。

We experienced 6 cases of cerebellopontine angle meningioma. Because differential diagnosis of acoustic neuroma and meningioma is very impor-tant clinically, we analyzed clinical features and imaging of cerebellopontine angle meningioma. As a result, concomitant analysis of CT and MRI often helps diagnosing cerebellopontine angle meningi-oma.
