甲状腺結核の1症例

A Case of Thyroid Tuberculosis

　はじめに

　結核症は，主に肺を冒すのが一般的であるが全身のほとんどの臓器にもみられる疾患である。頭頸部領域においても頸部^1），喉頭^2），咽頭^3），中耳^4）などに発症した症例報告がみられる。われわれは頭頸部領域の中でも発症が非常に稀である甲状腺結核の症例を経験し，術前にその診断を確定することができたので，文献的考察を含めて報告する。

Thyroid tuberculosis is so rare disease and that only 45 cases have been reported in Japan.

Fine needle aspiration cytology together with smear culture detected tubercle bacilli in our case.

Surgery was performed under the diagnosis of thyroid tuberculosis, and the patient had favorable clinical course with medication.
