Chondrocutaneous Postauricular Island Flapによる難治性耳瘻孔手術後の再建

Ear Reconstruction for Infected Auricular Fistula with Chondrocutaneous Postauricular Island Flap

　はじめに

　耳瘻孔はしばしば遭遇する耳部の先天性小奇形であり，その治療も容易であるが，いったん感染すると，外科的治療は非常に困難となる^1）。特に瘻孔が耳介に存在する場合，耳介前面の皮膚および軟骨を切除した後の欠損創の修復に難渋することがある。

　今回，感染を繰り返す難治性耳瘻孔手術後に生じた耳甲介腔から外耳道にかけての皮膚および軟骨欠損に対しchondrocutaneous postauricular island flapを用いた再建術を開発し，2症例に応用した結果，本法の有用性を確認したので報告する。

Skin and Cartilage defects resulted from the removal of infected auricular fistula was recon-structed with a chondrocutaneous postauricular island flap. On the experience of two cases, the authors believe that this island flap is extremely useful in the repair of skin and cartilage defects of the conchal cavity and the external auditory canal.
