迷走神経傍神経節腫—1例報告と本邦例集計

Intravagal Paraganglioma:A Case Report and a Review of the Japanese Literature

　はじめに

　頭頸部領域の傍神経節腫は比較的まれな疾患である。本邦では約200例の報告があるが，われわれが検索し得た範囲では迷走神経傍神経節腫の報告は9例^1〜7）にすぎなかった。本疾患は術前診断の難しさ，術中出血，および術後の神経症状合併などのさまざまな臨床上の問題点を有する。自験例を報告するとともに，本邦における迷走神経傍神経節腫の報告を集計し，これらの問題点に関して検討を加えた。

Paraganglioma is rare in the head and neck region, and around 200 cases have been reported in the Japanese literature. Intravagal paraganglioma is also very rare, and only 9 cases have been report-ed in the Japanese literature. Intravagal paragan-gliomas have several problems such as difficulty of preoperative diagnosis, blood loss in the operation and postoperative neurologic damage.

A 39-year-old female of intravagal paragan-glioma was reported and a review of Japanese liter-atures was made.
