下口唇巨大静脈性血管腫の1症例

A Large Venous Hemangioma of the Lower Lip:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域にみられる血管腫は，大部分が組織奇形や過誤腫に属し，その病理所見は海綿状または毛細管性血管腫に属するものが多いとされている。

　われわれはその腫大により摂食困難に陥り，全身衰弱まできたした下口唇の巨大静脈性血管腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

With Nd-YAG laser and CO₂ laser, we excised large venous hemangioma of the lower lip of a patient who showed significant asthenia.

The patient had port-wine stains around eyes and cheecks and a venous hemangioma from the lower lip to the neck.

After that treatment, patient's physical and psychological conditions were successfully impro-ved.
